1. Acceptance

By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

• Free users may upload MP3s to their own device storage and play them through the app.
• Paid users may upload MP3s to the cloud for backup, sync, and access across devices.
• Users may paste YouTube links only for bookmarking or playback. The app does not extract or download YouTube content.

3. Account & Subscription

• Paid features require a valid subscription.
• By subscribing, you grant us permission to store the content you upload in secure cloud storage.
• We reserve the right to revoke access if content violates our policies (see Section 5).

4. User Content

You are responsible for the content you upload. Do not upload:

• Copyrighted material without permission
• Harmful, illegal, or offensive content

We reserve the right to delete or disable content that violates these terms.
