1. Use of the App

You may use BubuLab for personal and non-commercial purposes. You must be at least 4 years old or have the permission of a guardian to use the app.

2. Ownership of Labubu

BubuLab is not affiliated with or endorsed by the creators or owners of the Labubu character. Labubu is a registered trademark and copyright of its respective owner. Our AI-generated outputs are fan-inspired, parody-like artistic transformations and are not intended to infringe on any intellectual property rights. All rights to the Labubu brand remain with the original rights holders.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload inappropriate or harmful images.
• Misuse the app to create offensive or misleading content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the app’s internal workings.

We reserve the right to ban users who violate these rules.

4. Generated Content

The AI-generated images are created for entertainment and artistic purposes. You may use your generated image freely for personal use, but you are responsible for how it is shared or published. You may not use generated images for commercial purposes that could imply endorsement by or association with the Labubu brand.

5. Modifications to the App

We may update or remove features of BubuLab at any time without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

BubuLab is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the app or reliance on generated content.
