Welcome to Fits AI, the AI-powered outfit generator that curates personalized looks based on your uploaded wardrobe. By using our app, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Subscription Access Only

Fits AI is a subscription-based service. You must have an active subscription to access any features of the app, including uploading clothing or receiving outfit recommendations. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account.

2. Age Requirement

Fits AI is intended for users aged 4 and up. However, children under 13 must have parental consent to use the app. Users must be capable of entering a legally binding agreement to subscribe.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to:

• Use Fits AI only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Upload only images you own or have permission to use
• Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the app’s functionality

We reserve the right to terminate access for users violating these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All AI systems, algorithms, and branding associated with Fits AI are the intellectual property of the Fits AI team. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell content generated by the app.

5. Termination & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID. Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies. We reserve the right to suspend access for abuse or violations.

6. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via app update notes or email (if available).
