By accessing or using the Hairloom mobile application ("App") or any services provided by Hairloom ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App or Services.
Hairloom allows users to upload photos for AI-powered hair analysis, receive personalized hair insights, haircut suggestions, product recommendations, and related consulting information based on algorithmic and AI models. The Services are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute professional medical, dermatological, or cosmetic advice.
You must be at least 4 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You retain ownership of any images, data, or other content ("User Content") you upload to the App. By uploading User Content, you grant Hairloom a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, analyze, and use your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.
We process your User Content using AI models, some of which may be provided by third-party service providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google Cloud, Firebase). By using the App, you consent to the processing and transfer of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Hairloom makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any results, insights, or recommendations provided. Use of the App is at your own risk. Hairloom disclaims all liability for any decisions you make based on the information provided.
