Welcome to Is It Keto?, a mobile app developed by Heat Studio LLC. By using the app, you agree to the following terms:

1. Usage Rules

• Free users may generate 1 scan result per day. This resets every 24 hours.
• You may not attempt to bypass rate limits or misuse the app for bulk or automated analysis.

2. Age Requirement

The app is designed for users 4 years and older. If you are under 13, you must use the app under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. AI-Generated Content

The app uses AI to provide food and nutrition-related analysis. While we aim for accuracy, all results are informational only and not medical or dietary advice. Always consult a qualified health professional before making dietary changes.

4. Intellectual Property

All app content, including logos, prompts, and UI, is the intellectual property of Heat Studio LLC. Users may not reverse-engineer or redistribute app functionality without permission.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app for users who violate these terms or attempt to abuse the service.
