Welcome to QRt! QRt ("the App") is a service that generates AI-stylized QR codes based on user-provided input. By using the App, you agree to the following terms:

By purchasing, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

QRt allows you to create AI-generated QR codes for URLs or other inputs you provide. Basic QR code generation is free. To gain access to the AI-generated Art QR codes, the user must either purchase a monthly subscription ($1.99/month), purchase a yearly subscription ($9.99/year), or purchase a lifetime pass (one time payment of $19.99).

3. User Responsibility

You agree to:

• Provide valid input (e.g., URLs) for the QR code generation.
• Use QR codes responsibly and for lawful purposes only. QRt is not responsible for misuse of generated QR codes.

4. Data Storage

The App temporarily stores generated QR codes to ensure you can access them without needing to save them locally. No other user data is collected or stored.

5. Refund Policy

As this is a digital product with immediate functionality, purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable laws.

6. Ownership

All QR codes generated by you are your property. QRt does not claim ownership over your outputs.

7. App Updates

We may release updates or changes to improve the App. Continued use after updates implies your agreement to any changes in functionality.
